Role Overview: As a Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will engage in project activities across the Information lifecycle, focusing on tasks such as building and managing Business data lakes, developing machine learning models, visualizing data, and empowering Information consumers with agile Data Models. You will specialize in Business Models and architectures across various Industry verticals. Additionally, you will participate in defining business requirements, scope management, data analysis, and design in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in project activities related to Building & managing Business data lakes, ingesting data streams, Developing machine learning and predictive models, Visualizing data, and Empowering Information consumers with agile Data Models - Specialize in Business Models and architectures across various Industry verticals - Participate in business requirements / functional specification definition, scope management, data analysis and design - Document detailed business requirements, develop solution design and specifications Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA (Systems / Data / Data Science/ Analytics / Finance) with a good academic background - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills - Flair for storytelling and ability to present interesting insights from data - Good Soft skills like good communication, proactive, self-learning skills - Flexibility to the dynamically changing needs of the industry - Exposure to Database management systems - Knowledge about big data ecosystem like Hadoop is a plus - Hands-on experience with SQL and good knowledge of noSQL based databases - Working knowledge of R/Python language is desirable - Exposure to / Knowledge about one of the cloud ecosystems - Google / AWS/ Azure Additional Details of the Company: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, with a mission to accelerate organizations' transition to a digital and sustainable world.
