Job Description

The Data Analyst & AI Coordinator is a hybrid clinicalanalytical role responsible for ensuring accurate clinical data capture, effective use of AI tools in GI diagnostics, and real-time performance tracking for the Gastroenterology department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Data Management

Ensure accurate entry and validation of OPD, IPD, endoscopy, ICU, and procedure data in EMR systems
Monitor documentation completeness (target >98%)
Identify missing or incorrect entries and coordinate corrections

AI Coordination

Support daily use of AI tools in endoscopy (polyp detection, lesion tagging)
Validate AI outputs against endoscopist reports
Flag discrepancies and false positives

Dashboards & Reporting

Maintain dashboards for volumes, TAT, ADR, discharge timelines
Prepare daily/weekly reports for department leadership

Workflow Support

Track patient flow OPD Procedure IPD Discharge
Support SOP implementation and coordination

Audit & Research

Assist with NABH audits, internal reviews, and research datasets
Maintain data confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate/Postgraduate in Analytics, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, IT, or related fields
1–5 years experience in healthcare analytics or hospital data roles.

SKILLS

Strong MS Excel (mandatory)
EMR familiarity preferred
High attention to detail
Good communication with clinical teams
