Data Analyst - Academic Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems to track key metrics and OKRs.
• Collect and analyze data tied to academic performance from US school systems.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, identify gaps, and monitor progress toward key goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with strategic priorities and portfolio goals.
• Design and implement scalable data processes and reporting frameworks.
• Support the evaluation of high-impact projects by measuring outcomes and resource allocation effectiveness.
• Present findings and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders through clear, concise communication.
• Continuously refine data collection methods, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across initiatives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of tools and processes that enhance data analysis capabilities

Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Four years or more of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to learn new things and willingness to apply feedback and quickly iterate on deliverables
• Knowledge of data manipulation languages such as SQL or Python is a plus
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and data science principles is a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business insights
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with global teams
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting
• Experience working with OKRs or performance management frameworks. Understanding of US educational systems and openness to learning
