Design, develop, and deploy predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, timeseries, clustering) using machine learning and statistical techniques. Conduct advanced statistical modeling: regression, ANOVA, factor analysis, PCA, etc. Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and preprocessing to optimize model accuracy and reliability. Evaluate and refine models continually; monitor performance and recalibrate to account for data drift. Visualize data and present findings through clear dashboards and reports, using tools like Advanced Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, engineering, data engineering) to integrate predictive analytics into operations. Communicate complex results to stakeholders with clarity and influence strategic decisions. Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field; Master’s preferred 3+ years in analytics, data science, or similar roles involving predictive modeling and data analysis. Technical & Analytical Skills Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling : deep expertise in regression (linear, logistic), clustering, decision trees, random forests, time-series forecasting, SVMs, ensemble methods, and neural networks. Programming & Tools : Proficiency in Python or R; strong command of SQL for data extraction; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA); familiarity with ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Data Manipulation & Feature Engineering : experience cleaning, wrangling, and transforming data; feature selection and dimensionality reduction (PCA, LDA). Predictive Analytics Tools : Comfortable with BI platforms (Tableau, PowerBI) and predictive environments (Azure ML, SAP, IBM SPSS, SAS).
