As a Data Scientist with expertise in Agent Framework, RAG Framework, Chunking Strategies, LLMs, AI on cloud Services, Open Source Frameworks like Langchain, Llama Index, Vector Database, and Token Management, your role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional Subject Matter Experts to gain a deep understanding of the business context and key questions. Your responsibilities include: - Creating Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and guiding them through production deployment - Influencing machine learning strategy for Digital programs and projects - Making solution recommendations that balance speed to market and analytical soundness - Developing analytical and modeling solutions using tools like Python, R, TensorFlow - Formulating model-based solutions by combining machine learning algorithms with other techniques - Designing, adapting, and visualizing solutions based on evolving requirements - Creating algorithms to extract information from large datasets - Deploying algorithms to production for actionable insights - Comparing results from various methodologies and recommending optimal techniques - Developing and embedding automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation - Working on multiple pillars of AI including cognitive engineering, conversational bots, and data science - Ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and reliability of solutions - Leading discussions and providing thought leadership in machine learning techniques - Facilitating sharing of ideas, learnings, and best practices across geographies Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering - 4-6 years of experience as a Data Scientist - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills - Advanced skills in statistical/programming software and data querying languages - Hands-on experience in feature engineering and hyperparameter optimization - Proficiency in Microsoft Azure or AWS data management tools - Understanding of statistical concepts, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning methodologies - Knowledge of Agile principles and processes - Ability to lead, manage, and deliver customer business results through data scientists or professional services team - Strong communication skills and ability to present data analysis assumptions and results effectively - Self-motivated and proactive problem solver who can work independently and in teams Working with one of the Big 4 companies in India, this position offers you the opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in Data Science and AI to drive impactful solutions and contribute to the company's success.
