Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or finance preferred. Knowledge of banking processes (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, SWIFT, escrow, etc.). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction handling. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic accounting tools. Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and banks. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The Payments & Banking Operations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day banking transactions, payment processing, and reconciliation activities. This role ensures smooth execution of money transfers, vendor settlements, client payouts, and overall banking operations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
