Job Title: Workshop Manager Location: Bangaon, West Bengal Company: Das Bajaj Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workshop Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our KTM & Triumph motorcycle workshop. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in premium motorcycles, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily workshop operations, including repairs, servicing, and maintenance. Lead and manage a team of technicians and service staff. Ensure timely and accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical issues. Maintain high standards of service quality, safety, and workshop efficiency. Handle customer interactions, explain repair details, and resolve escalations. Oversee spare parts inventory, ordering, and usage. Prepare service reports and ensure adherence to company policies. Train and develop technicians on latest tools and service practices.
