Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in an orphanage or similar residential care setting. The Warden will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring a secure and supportive environment, and overseeing the daily needs and schedules of the residents. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day activities within the facility. Maintain discipline, safety, and order among residents. Ensure residents’ needs – including food, hygiene, health, and emotional well-being – are met. Oversee housekeeping and cleanliness of the premises. Monitor attendance, conduct, and movement of residents. Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Liaise with staff, medical personnel, and external authorities when necessary. Maintain records and reports related to residents and facility operations. Organize recreational and educational activities to support overall development. Provide emotional support and guidance to residents as needed. Additional Requirements: Willingness to stay on-site (if applicable). Background check and references required.
