Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our presence on leading fashion and lifestyle platforms including Amazon, Flipkart ,Myntra, AJIO, Tata cliq, Nykaa Fashion, and our own Shopify store. This role involves full ownership of marketplace operations, Order Fulfilment, Catalog management, Performance Tracking, and Sales Optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Tata cliq, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, and Shopify. Handle product listings, content uploads, pricing, catalog health, and keyword optimization. Track and ensure timely order processing, returns/replacements, and customer issue resolution. Plan and execute marketplace promotions and campaign participation (e.g. sales, festive offers). Coordinate with design, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure availability and accurate dispatch. Regularly monitor dashboards, performance reports, and take corrective actions to boost sales. Analyze competitor listings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Liaise with category managers of marketplaces for visibility opportunities and growth support. Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all marketplaces. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience managing marketplaces in fashion/eCommerce. Strong knowledge of Amazon Flipkart Seller Central, Myntra Partner Portal, AJIO Vendor Central, and similar. Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, eCommerce tools, and basic analytics. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple platforms independently. Nice to Have Experience in managing D2C Shopify stores. Understanding of fashion/ Kids footwear retail and consumer behavior. Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc.). Why Join Us?
