Role Overview:The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities as well as supporting and overseeing key aspects of factory operations. This dual role ensures seamless coordination between finance and operations, enabling efficient use of resources, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth functioning of the factory. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance:Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including purchase, sales, expenses, and inventory. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and petty cash. Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants for financial reporting and compliance. Ensure timely payments to suppliers and monitoring of credit terms. Factory Operations Support:Monitor finished goods dispatch. Maintain accurate stock registers for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Track material inward/outward, issue of goods, and coordinate with warehouse. Support in vendor management, purchase order processing, and logistics follow-up. Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Good understanding of factory/plant operations and inventory management. Proficiency in Tally ERP / MARG / other accounting software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; preference for M.Com / MBA Finance. 2–4 years of experience in accounting; experience in manufacturing industry preferred. Exposure to factory operations, inventory, or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
