Prepare Lesson Plans: Design structured and age-appropriate lessons aligned with school curriculum and cultural objectives. Choreograph Performances: Create and rehearse routines for school events, competitions, and annual functions. Evaluate Student Progress: Monitor student development, provide feedback, and assess performance through practicals and theory if required. Promote Cultural Awareness: Educate students about the historical and cultural background of classical dance forms. Organize Workshops & Guest Sessions: Invite professional dancers and conduct workshops to enhance exposure. Maintain Discipline & Safety: Ensure student safety during classes and maintain decorum in the dance room.
