The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, and other pastries. The role includes measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, following recipes, and ensuring consistent product quality. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards is an integral part of the job. Qualifications Proficiency in Bakery and Baking processes Expertise in Food Preparation, including handling ingredients and equipment Experience in preparing Cookies, Bread, and other baked goods Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Previous bakery experience is a plus A certification or formal education in baking or culinary arts is advantageous
