IT Support Experience 2 to 8 years IT graduates pass out Male and Female Fresher can also apply Key Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact for all the software and hardware installation on the vessel for smooth communication/satellites and operations You will be part of the Daily ICT Support Team to provide technical support for users onboard IT infrastructure and communications on the vessels worldwide. You will respond! Queries from onboard users via telephone, email, chat room, or instant message, by remote and identify technical problems and possible solutions. You will participate in projects and assist in the development of new IT solutions for the vessel's IT You maintain close communication with users and update them on the progress of the Vessel IT tasks. You will be involved in the installation/upgrade of hardware/server installations on board the dAmico Vessels which will offer you a multi-cultural and demanding global environment.
