He/She should have a degree in civil engineering and have at least experience of 15 years experience in dealing with construction supervision and quality assurance, safety evaluation, preparation of guidelines/manuals, design experience, past member of any expert committee constituted for any dam linked disaster/failure/distress, dam safety inspections and remedial measures etc. He/She should have worked in at least 5 large dam projects.
