Conduct legal and revenue due diligence, including title verification, mutation status, Status of land as on 1980 (FC Act) and encumbrance checks for plant and Mines. Coordinate with legal teams for vetting of land documents. Support in the acquisition process under applicable laws (e.g., RFCTLARR Act, State Land Acquisition Acts, consent-based models) with IDCO / District Land Acquisition Office. Preparation of documentation related to agreement (sale deeds/ lease deeds), and registration of the same. Liaise with local authorities such as engagement with local landowners, community representatives, and panchayat-level bodies to build trust and ensure support for acquisition and Gram Sabha and Public Hearing. Preparation of Genealogy with the help of District Land Acquisition team. Monitor progress of land demarcation, survey, and measurement activities Assist in processing compensation packages, disbursements, and addressing grievances of affected parties. Coordinate with R & R Administrator and authorities for effective implementation of R&R (Resettlement & Rehabilitation) plans as per Odisha R & R Policy 2006.
