Job Title : Front Desk cum Administrative Executive Location : New Chandigarh Salary: 20,000 – 30,000/- per month. Language Proficiency : Excellent English & Hindi speaking skills with Intermediate Punjabi (Preferable) The Front Desk cum Admin Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. The role combines front office management with administrative support duties to ensure the smooth functioning of daily school operations—especially important in a residential/boarding school setup. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous and professional manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to appropriate departments. Maintain visitor records and manage check-in/check-out procedures, especially for hostel visitors and vendors. Manage courier and mail distribution for staff and hostel areas. Administrative Support: Support in admission process ,scheduling parent meetings, appointments, and school events. Coordinate with hostel warden, teachers, and maintenance staff for routine administrative needs. Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and inventory records. Coordination & Documentation: Maintain updated contact lists for parents, staff, and vendors. Support the admissions and onboarding process by handling inquiries and assisting in documentation. Help in organizing school events, workshops, and student activities by coordinating logistics. Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Administration, Management, or related fields). Experience: 1–2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles, preferably in a school or educational institution. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management. Familiarity with basic record-keeping and school ERP systems (preferred). Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Polite, organized, and professional demeanor. Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a school environment.
