Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and corporate clients. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market presence. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure projects. Collaborate with the design and project teams to align client requirements with creative solutions. Track market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive business growth. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management. Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry forums. --- Requirements: Proven experience (3–7 years) in Business Development / Sales in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or related industries. Strong network of industry contacts and ability to generate leads. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).
