Key Responsibilities · Manage hotel listings on all major OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, etc.) · Update room rates, availability, and inventory (ARI) across platforms using a channel manager . · Create, manage, and optimize promotions and campaigns on OTAs to increase bookings. · Analyze OTA performance reports (conversion rate, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) and suggest improvements. · Monitor competitor pricing and promotions and adjust strategies accordingly. · Ensure content quality (photos, descriptions, amenities, policies) is up-to-date and consistent. · Handle guest reviews and ratings , and ensure timely responses. · Coordinate with the Revenue Manager or Front Office to ensure alignment of room availability. · Develop relationships with OTA account managers to maximize visibility and negotiate better terms. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls related to room bookings, event inquiries, and hotel services. Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, confirm reservations, or promote offers. Explain hotel facilities, room availability, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers. Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and guest information. Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and management as needed. Handle guest complaints or redirect to the appropriate department. Upsell rooms or packages when possible.
