Responsibilities: Achieve revenue targets through strategic planning and execution. Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions. Manage customer relationships, negotiate deals, close sales. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for uPVC products. Identify and acquire new clients – builders, architects, contractors, etc. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Manage and mentor a team of sales executives. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity. Coordinate with production and installation teams for timely delivery.
