Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who can build brand visibility, drive demand , and lead the company’s digital and offline marketing initiatives. This role blends creative brand storytelling with data-driven performance marketing , aiming to position our beverages as the preferred choice among today’s youth and families. You will be responsible for full-funnel marketing — from awareness to lead generation — across multiple channels: digital, retail, influencer, trade, and corporate. Key Responsibilities Branding & Communication Build and strengthen brand identity, visibility, and recall across all markets. Create compelling campaigns, taglines, and packaging concepts centered around refreshment, youth, and purity. Develop creative briefs and collaborate with design, content, and production teams. Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication channels. Digital Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategies for both retail and bulk inquiries. Manage top and middle of the funnel campaigns (awareness & interest generation). Utilize analytics tools and CRM dashboards to track ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) . Lead influencer partnerships and digital content creation (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Swiggy/Zomato combos). Run social media promotions and engage audiences with trend-based campaigns. Trade & On-Ground Marketing Develop and execute dealer and distributor schemes (e.g., Buy 10 cases, get 1 free ). Create impactful POS materials – banners, danglers, shelf strips, van branding, etc. Drive sampling activities and campus activations — “Free Dailee Drink” events, mall counters, marathons, and college fests. Coordinate hoardings, billboards, and local promotions near high-footfall areas (colleges, malls, stations). Market Research & Product Insights Gather feedback on flavors, pack sizes, and market response to guide product innovation. Monitor competitor activity and pricing to stay ahead in the beverage segment. Use analytics and sales data to identify high-performing regions and target clusters. Corporate & B2B Marketing Develop marketing decks and proposals for hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, and events . Drive CSR & local connect initiatives — sponsor marathons, temple events, and hydration drives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or FMCG/beverage industry . Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards. Strong creative sense with data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and execution abilities. Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term demand creation.
