Role & responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, real estate developers, and distributors. • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales goals. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing and positioning strategies. • Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management. • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
