Job Title: Project Manager – Airport Solutions Base Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Project Location: India, Middle East & Europe Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from contract handover to final delivery & commissioning of GSE products. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, QA, Logistics) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, regulators). Monitor project progress using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and health & safety regulations. Manage client expectations and drive high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead cross-functional project review meetings and provide regular reports to senior management. Support post-project evaluation, warranty management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Willingness to travel to Project Locations for short duration. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 3 to 5 years of project management experience in industrial or heavy equipment manufacturing; GSE or aviation sector experience is a strong plus. Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar capex projects or complex build-to-order programs. Global project exposure and stakeholder management experience desirable. Technical & Soft Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, hydraulics, pneumatics, electric vehicles). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
