Job Description

You should have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience with the following mandate skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CRM), Power Automate, and Power Pages/Power Portal. Your experience should include hands-on experience with all three of these skills. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Having at least 5 years of practical and technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. - Demonstrating a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Power Automate and Power Pages/Power Portals. - Designing, developing, and customizing Power Pages within Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Configuring portal components such as entity forms, web forms, entity lists, and page templates. - Developing and maintaining documentation for portal configurations and customizations. - Possessing in-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework, the entity model, security model, Web services, and WebAPI. - Extensive experience in .NET Framework and C# development, including working with the CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints. - Using the MS Dynamics CRM SDK for application development, creating custom workflow activities, plugins, and advanced client-side scripting. - Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other line of business applications using connectors, Web APIs, etc. - Handling production support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues or complex production, application, or system problems. Nice to have skills: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts for Web applications using TOSCA. - Experience with PowerBI. - Knowledge of Azure Cloud computing services such as AppService, Functions, Keyvault, Enterprise Service Bus, Webhooks, and Logic Apps. - Copilot Studio experience is a plus.
