Job Description

Key Responsibilities
:
Lead or support implementation of D365 FO Supply Chain Management modules (Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, Transportation, Product Information, Sales & Distribution).
Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to supply chain processes.
Configure D365 FO SCM modules according to best practices and client-specific requirements.
Perform gap analysis and provide solutions through system configuration or functional specifications.
Collaborate with developers to design and test customizations, integrations, and reports.
Conduct end-to-end testing, user training, and cutover planning.
Provide go-live support and post-implementation assistance.
Create functional documentation, training materials, and process flows.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity during data migration and transformation efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / AX (SCM modules).
Strong functional knowledge in Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales Orders, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, etc.
Experience with D365 FO configuration, workflow setup, and standard processes.
Understanding of supply chain business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory flow).
Ability to create functional specifications for development teams.
Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps for tracking requirements and deployments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in Agile or Waterfall environments.
