Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance products. 4. Training and Support: Provide training and support to bank staff on ICICI Prudential Life Insurance products. 5. Performance Tracking: Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
