Information Architecture - Skilled at organizing complex information in a way thats easy to navigate, especially for data-heavy or functional tech products. Interaction Design Understands how micro-interactions, transitions, and animations can enhance usability and delight. Usability Testing & Iteration Experience running A/B tests, user interviews, or heuristic evaluations, and iterating based on insights. Collaboration with Dev Teams Comfortable working with developers; able to balance pixel-perfect vision with technical feasibility. Component Thinking & Design Systems Familiar with setting up or working within design systems for scalable tech products. Knows how to design for scalability thinking beyond MVP to future features and user growth. Understands responsive design deeply mobile-first but adaptable to web apps and large-screen environments. Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Solid grasp of responsive design, layout grids, and design systems. Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of usability principles and ability to interpret analytics/user behavior.
