Job Description: Sales Executive – Solar Industry Location: Jaipur Rajasthan Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Salary: Starts with 1.8 LPA fixed + Performance based Incentives+ travel allowances Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, educating customers about solar products and services, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solar systems. Provide product demonstrations and site assessments (if required). Prepare proposals and quotations based on customer needs. Follow up with clients and close deals to meet monthly targets. Maintain strong post-sales relationships for referrals and repeat business. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution. Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitor activities. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Basic understanding of solar products and systems (training can be provided). Ability to work in the field and handle on-ground sales activities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (preferred). Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Science, Engineering, or Business). Prior experience in sales is an advantage but not mandatory. Perks: Incentive-based earning potential.
