We are seeking to hire a Graphic Designer for our organisation, D S Mittle, located in Tardeo, Mumbai . As an advertising agency, your role would be to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media advertising solutions, including print, out-of-home (OOH), and other traditional Media. Graphic Designer Responsibilities: · Study design briefs and determine requirements. · Conceptualise visuals based on requirements. · Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. · Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software. · Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic. · Work with clients and creative directors to produce the final design. · Test graphics across various media. · Amend designs after feedback from clients. · Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Since we are an advertisement agency, your role would be to manage day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and handle the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement. Admin + HR Responsibilities: Oversee and manage general administrative operations of the office. Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.). Handle recruitment processes sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service requirements. Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and support systems. Draft letters, circulars, and internal communication as required. Conduct orientation and assist in employee training & development activities. Assist the management with HR policies, performance tracking, and compliance documentation.
