We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage the digital presence of our clients across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, and ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: Client Social Media Management: Handle day-to-day operations of multiple client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone. Content Calendar Planning: Develop and maintain monthly content calendars in coordination with design and copy teams to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging content delivery. Meta Ads Management: Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram. Analyze ad performance and recommend strategies to improve ROI. Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and overall audience engagement; respond promptly to inquiries and feedback. Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance social media strategies. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices to implement innovative ideas. Requirements: Proven experience (1–3 years) in managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and content scheduling tools Strong understanding of various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics). Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
