Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat / Ankleshwar / Vapi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales of compressed air systems and services. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and provide feedback to improve sales processes. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills, including developing sales strategies and identifying potential clients Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills Experience in preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the service team Knowledge of compressed air systems and accessories is a plus Experrience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in sales roles within a similar industry Show more Show less
