Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales. Responsibilities:- Taking care all customer order requirement right from receiving order till delivery and payment receipt. It include Sales order booking in SAP ( PRD/S4) against customer purchase order Check customer PO for all the terms and conditions Check product related material classification Check confirmation from Plant planning and shipping and provide order confirmation to customer Track booked sales orders from booking to delivery to customer and till payment receipt if any overdue Raise request to master data team for new material code requirement Create customer mater in system Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Allocate expenses to corresponding accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports. Review and address invoice, order, contract and other discrepancies. Ensure invoice validation, approval and booking in corresponding systems. Maintain and update all accounts payable data, as well as ensure accuracy in general ledgers. Main Tasks & Responsibilities SAP Procurement and e-Procurement Oversight Own and evolve SAP MM-Purchasing functionalities to support procurement operations. Ensure robust integration between SAP and external e-procurement platforms. Act as IT Process Owner for procurement-related systems and workflows. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align procurement systems with business needs. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Operational Excellence Provide 2nd-level support for SAP MM Purchasing module. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance. Ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks and internal governance policies. Skills & Technical Competences & Behaviors At least 10 years of experience in SAP MM Purchasing and e-procurement (Ariba, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Coupa or similar). Knowledge of SAP VIM and FI-CO/AP modules is a strong plus. • Experience in system integration and procurement process optimization.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in spoken and written English. Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
