Responsibilities Sales & Client Communication Make cold calls to boutiques, apparel stores, salons, and jewelry stores (B2B sales) Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions Support sales operations during Cyra exhibitions and stalls Maintain lead sheets and CRM updates E-Commerce Operations Product listing on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Website Updating product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing Order processing, parcel packing, and coordination with the warehouse Handling returns, inventory updates, and dispatch tracking Marketing & Creative Coordination Manage daily social media postings on Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp Catalog Basic image editing on Canva or mobile tools Create PPTs/presentations for internal and client use Coordinate with marketing agencies for campaigns and creatives General Operations Maintain inventory records Assist with admin tasks, documentation, and reports Support the management team in daily operations Required Skills Experience in Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho listing (preferred) Strong sales ability & cold calling confidence Good communication (Hindi required, basic English preferred) Knowledge of Canva / basic editing tools MS Excel & data entry Ability to multitask and take responsibility Quick learner with a positive attitude
