Cypress Automation Tester

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 4 to 10 years of experience in automation testing, specifically proficient in Cypress and Selenium for UI automation testing. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts, integrating test reports with Power BI for data visualization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance automation processes. Key Responsibilities You will be tasked with: - Developing and executing automated test scripts utilizing Cypress and Selenium WebDriver. - Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks tailored for web applications. - Integrating test execution results with Power BI dashboards to provide real-time analytics and reporting. - Collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to identify automation requirements. - Ensuring seamless integration of automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline. - Conducting root cause analysis of test failures and enhancing test coverage. - Crafting clean, reusable, and scalable automation scripts. - Monitoring and optimizing test execution time and report generation processes. Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation using Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript) and Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python). - Proficiency in utilizing Power BI for visualizing test metrics and reports. - A strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. - Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Cypress API. - Practical experience with SQL for database validation. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and their integration with Power BI is advantageous. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.,
