What You Will be Working On? What Prospecting & Outreach → Identify potential clients and reach out via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and emails Conversations & Meetings → Actively participate in client discussions, demos, and negotiations Pitching → Learn how to present value propositions and tailor solutions for different businesses Pipeline Ownership → Manage leads in the CRM and track deal progress end-to-end Collaboration → Work closely with founders on deal strategy, pitch decks, and closing approaches Feedback Loop → Gather insights from client interactions and help refine our sales playbook What We are Looking for? Strong communication & persuasion skills A natural “people-person” who enjoys building relationships Curiosity to understand how businesses operate Grit and persistence to keep going after tough conversations Comfortable with outreach tools & quick learner on CRMs Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resourceful, and outcome-driven What You Will Gain?
