Position: Sr.Sales Manager/Sales Manager/BDM Skills and Experience: Experience: 2-7+ years of direct sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in cybersecurity sales. Industry Expertise: Prior experience in selling VA/PT, red teaming, or security testing products is highly preferred. Market Knowledge: At least 1-2 years of experience relevant to the designated territory/market. Sales Approach: Strong account planning and execution skills, with the ability to engage and network across all levels of an organization. Solution Selling: Proficiency in value-based solution selling with an understanding of ROI and cost-benefit analysis. Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving high performance. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, results-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision. Growth Mindset: Eager to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment that fosters learning and professional development. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as an individual contributor with direct responsibility for achieving sales revenue targets and key business objectives. Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sales engagement. Possess the potential to transition into a Team Leader role, contingent on performance and business outcomes. Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with customers, including key stakeholders and executive leadership teams. Collaborate closely with sales engineering, business development, marketing, and product teams to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Proactively identify and address potential challenges that may impact account success and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans, continuously monitoring and refining approaches to maximize growth and business impact.
