Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and managing multi-phase cybersecurity and cyber science programs. This includes defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements while implementing best practices across various project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of multiple cybersecurity projects to ensure on-time delivery and proactive risk mitigation. As part of cybersecurity and risk management, you will lead cyber risk assessments, compliance activities, and security governance initiatives. It will be your responsibility to ensure project alignment with various cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls. Collaboration with security and data science teams to identify and mitigate cyber risks, develop Zero Trust security strategies, and advanced cyber resilience frameworks will be crucial. You will manage AI-driven threat intelligence and predictive analytics projects, overseeing the integration of machine learning models for anomaly detection and risk prediction. Working closely with data scientists and security engineers, you will implement cyber forensics and behavioral analytics to enhance cybersecurity initiatives. In terms of stakeholder and vendor management, you will liaise with C-level executives, regulatory bodies, and cybersecurity experts. Coordinating with third-party vendors, MSSPs (Managed Security Service Providers), and technology partners will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, preparing executive-level reports, risk dashboards, and cybersecurity performance metrics will be essential. Budgeting and resource allocation will be a key aspect of your role, where you will develop and manage project budgets and resource allocation plans. Identifying cost-effective security solutions while maintaining compliance and operational resilience will be crucial. You will also ensure the efficient use of resources across concurrent cybersecurity initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity program and project management is required. Deep knowledge of cyber risk management, AI-driven security analytics, and threat intelligence is essential. Experience in managing cloud security environments, including SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint security solutions, is also preferred. Preferred certifications for this role include Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, SAFe Agile, and CSM. Cybersecurity certifications like CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CRISC, and AWS Security Specialty are also desirable. Your skills in AWS, Data Science, and Security Analysis will be utilized to effectively carry out the responsibilities of this role.,
