You are a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager with a proven track record in building and managing channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Your strong background in IT/ITES sales, extensive experience in channel partner management, and understanding of the cybersecurity market make you the ideal candidate for this role. You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Channel Sales Manager, your responsibilities include identifying and onboarding channel partners with expertise in IT/ITES sales, negotiating contractual agreements, providing product and sales training, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting lead generation efforts, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales metrics, actively engaging in sales activities, and demonstrating team leadership experience. The preferred candidate profile for this role includes a minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in Retail, Education, Hospitality, IT Technology, IT Services, or IT hardware sectors, with expertise in managing resellers, franchisees, or channel partners. Cyber Security domain expertise is a must, along with strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated leadership experience, understanding of cybersecurity products and industry trends, strategic thinking capabilities, analytical mindset, proactive and results-oriented approach, willingness to learn technical product details, and experience in B2B SAAS.
