Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our online courses by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and converting leads into enrolled students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in sales, and eager to contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with leads by understanding their needs, explaining course benefits, and addressing any concerns they may have. Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to final enrollment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales. Track all interactions in the CRM system. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and improve lead quality. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others. Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and market changes. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in the online education or e-learning sector.
