This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Madhapur Hyderabad, for a US process. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads through calls. They will need to effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. Sales Executive with strong telesales experience to focus on in International markets. Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM , This role requires excellent communication skills , the ability to engage potential clients over the phone, You will be responsible for lead generation, telesales conversions. Sales & Telesales Generate new business opportunities through telesales, cold calling, and follow-ups. Proficient in Lead Generation and Sales techniques Convert leads into paying clients by explaining pricing plans and benefits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Requirements: 0 to 4 years of experience in telesales / inside sales in USA markets Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets through telesales/phone outreach. Comfortable working U.S. business hours. Making 200 outbound calls/day to potential customers Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Identifying customer needs and offering solutions Working Hours 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM One Shift.
