You are being hired for a PAM/CyberArk Admin/Support role in Bangalore with 5 to 8 years of experience. The mode of work is hybrid. Your responsibilities will include operational maintenance and monitoring of CyberArk Conjur and AAM environments, performing routine health checks, patching, and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of CyberArk services, and providing L2/L3 support for CyberArk Conjur, AAM, and CORE PAS. You should have a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles, hands-on experience with CyberArk CORE PAS, Conjur, and AAM, familiarity with CyberArk REST APIs and custom connector development, proven troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments, experience in supporting and maintaining CyberArk infrastructure, and relevant CyberArk certifications such as Defender, Sentry, CDEGuardian are highly desirable. You should also be able to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. For this role, you should have 6 to 8 years of experience in implementing and managing PAM solutions for an enterprise, a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, knowledge across various technology domains and application frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a strong business and technical vision.
