Cyber Security Trainer

Description

We are seeking a Cyber Security Trainer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about cyber security and eager to share their knowledge with others. The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of participants in various aspects of cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs on cyber security topics.
• Assess the skill level of participants and provide tailored training solutions.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and threats in cyber security to ensure relevant training content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees through hands-on labs and real-world scenarios.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cyber security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Experience with hands-on cyber security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM).
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
