Position: Information Security Officer (Trainee) Experience: 0-1 years Job Location: Mumbai Number of Position 2
Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge about Networking Protocols • Basic Working knowledge of different applications on the OS • Out of box thinking , good presentation skills • Basic knowledge about Web Applications, Exploits, Network Security and Malware • Monitor and handle service requests through the ticketing tool and maintain SLA • Monitor security alerts and escalate validated and confirmed incidents to L2 engineer • Assisting in performing vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits • Monitor and maintain anti-malware compliances/detections • Assist with compliance-related activities • Staying cyber aware and preparing cyber advisories applicable to products and services • Review and action weekly reports from the SIEM platform and send them to L2 engineers for review
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelors degree with a passion for learning cybersecurity • Fundamental knowledge of networking and security • Experience with Web, Windows, and Linux functionalities • Knowledge of network fundamentals • Excellent English speaking/ writing skill • Should have understanding of endpoint security tools like Anti-virus, EDR, HIPS • Knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment tools like Nessus, OpenVAS, Nikto, Nmap, etc. • Interns with CEH, CompTIA Security+, and other security certifications will be preferred. • Should be comfortable working with different teams and have good communication skills
