Cyber Security Analyst / Technical Lead

Role Overview: As a Cyber Security Analyst/Technical Lead, your main responsibility will be the day-to-day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform. This involves leading the administration of user accounts, data feeds, workflow, and reports access. You will also provide development and configuration support based on technical requirements and handle technical issues/problem resolution and request management. Additionally, you will be involved in executing test cases, documenting them, and supporting User Acceptance Tests while implementing code into production. Key Responsibilities: - Define/configure questionnaires, workflows, forms, and reports in Archer. - Lead the administration of user accounts, data feeds, workflow, and reports access. - Participate in and support Archer version upgrades, install, test, and deploy new applications in Archer. - Collaborate with service management and infrastructure teams for technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution. - Conduct in-person and online training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate. - Provide support when production issues occur.
