As an approved participant under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana , we aim to empower homes across India with clean, affordable energy while creating sustainable employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. 🎯 Role Overview As a Sales Partner , you’ll lead customer acquisition, awareness, and conversion for the PM Surya Ghar Scheme , working directly with beneficiaries, housing societies, and local stakeholders. You’ll help homeowners access subsidised solar installations and contribute to India’s clean-energy transition. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Promote PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to potential beneficiaries through direct, digital, and community engagement. Identify and onboard customers for Rooftop Solar Installations (3 kW to 10 kW). Liaise with DISCOMs, MNRE representatives , and local authorities for smooth approvals. Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery. Achieve assigned sales quota and drive profitability. Maintain accurate customer records and submit periodic reports. Represent CYBACOR professionally in all field and community interactions. 👤 Desired Candidate Profile Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce or Marketing. 2 – 5 years experience in solar sales, renewable energy distribution or FMCG/consumer sales. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
