CX PRM_Technical Specialist-Enterprise Apps

The Partner Relationship Manager (PRM) plays a crucial role in managing and nurturing the relationships with our strategic business partners. Your responsibilities will include negotiating agreements, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving business growth through these key relationships. Additionally, you will monitor partner satisfaction, address partner issues, and promote partner programs and initiatives. Your tasks will involve implementing and customizing PRM to meet the organization's needs, writing and managing scripts using BML and Groovy, integrating PRM with other systems through Oracle Cloud and REST API's, as well as troubleshooting and optimizing PRM for smooth operation and performance. To excel in this role, you must have a strong proficiency in BML scripting to customize and extend PRM's functionality and expertise in Groovy scripting for script management. A deep understanding of Oracle Cloud is essential since PRM operates on this platform. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Preferred skills that can be beneficial for this position include knowledge of Java programming language for understanding PRM's architecture, familiarity with REST API's for system integration, and knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.,
