CV/Gen AI - 3D

As an engineer at Augrade, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to solving challenging problems in the BIM/3D design/engineering/construction industry. Your role will involve revolutionizing traditional processes and enabling faster development of future projects. You will work on generative design projects including real-time 3D BIM generations and CV models, collaborating closely with the platforms team and founders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and adapt advanced computer vision and deep learning techniques for object detection, classification, and segmentation. - Plan and execute cutting-edge research to enhance machine perception technology and image context understanding. - Create novel real-time 3D scene understanding techniques. - Research and prototype algorithms for 2D/3D BIM model generation from images or PDFs. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience or challenging projects in computer vision or 3D generation/design. - Proficiency in Python/C++ and familiarity with computer vision libraries like OpenCV, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. - Knowledge in image analysis, machine learning, information theory, and 3D geometry. - Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks and architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs. - Skills in data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation for computer vision tasks. - Experience deploying computer vision systems in production environments. - Genuine passion for the 3D world and a fast learner.
