Job Description:

Sylora is looking for an experienced and skilled Cutting Master / Tailoring Master who specializes in fabric cutting and garment fitting for both men’s and women’s fashion wear. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cutting, pattern making, and guiding tailors to deliver high-quality stitched garments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Take body measurements and prepare accurate garment patterns.
• Cut fabrics according to given designs, sizes, and styles.
• Guide and supervise tailors during stitching.
• Ensure proper fitting and finishing of garments.
• Handle different types of fabrics (cotton, silk, denim, etc.).
• Maintain accuracy in size charts (S, M, L, XL, XXL).
• Work on customized and bulk orders.
• Collaborate with designers for new designs and styles.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of fabric cutting, tailoring, and fitting.
• Expertise in pattern making.
• Ability to handle both men’s and women’s garments.
• Experience with modern and traditional wear (shirts, kurtis, dresses, suits, etc.).
• Supervisory skills to manage a small tailoring team.

Qualifications:

• Practical experience in fabric cutting and tailoring is mandatory (no formal degree required, skill-based).

Salary:

30000-35000 [Negotiable (based on skills and experience)]
