Salon Manager Responsibilities: Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times. Preparing work schedules for salon staff. Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance. Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed. Offering promotional material to attract new clients. Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and staff behaviour. Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Promoting offers to clients. Salon Manager Requirements: Proven experience of 3 years in managing a salon. Holding management degree. Proficient in all Microsoft office applications. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
