With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Writing within the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a Ph.D. in Life Sciences. Proficiency in organizing and communicating clinical data, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to scientific rigor are key skills required for this role. A proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and a strong sense of accountability and precision will be vital. Candidates with experience in medical writing for Oncology, Hematology, Infectious Diseases, and/or Autoimmune Disorders, as well as familiarity with Phase I-III studies, will be preferred for this position. Your duties will involve independently authoring accurate and compliant scientific documents such as clinical study reports, protocols, manuscripts, consent forms, and presentations in collaboration with project teams. You will oversee the incorporation of feedback from internal and external reviewers, perform quality control checks, and ensure alignment with regulatory and publication guidelines. By providing technical guidance to team members and new writers, adapting writing styles for different disease areas and audiences, and conducting thorough literature reviews, you will contribute significantly to the success of clinical studies. Staying informed about evolving guidelines in relevant therapeutic fields and supporting departmental activities as required will also be part of your role as a Senior Medical Writer.,
