As a Senior ServiceNow Architect with over 10 years of experience, including 8+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow, you will play a key role in leading the architectural strategy, solution design, and roadmap planning for ServiceNow implementations in customer-facing domains. Your deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Sales/CRM-related processes will be instrumental in driving the success of ServiceNow projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and Sales modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define target architectures, and translate them into technical designs. Additionally, you will design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and CRMs, ERPs, and external vendor systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow. As part of your role, you will be expected to define data models, service catalogs, workflows, virtual agent experiences, and customer/partner portals. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding development teams, evaluating new ServiceNow features and plugins, and proposing adoption plans. Furthermore, you will define governance frameworks and design principles for global implementations, ensuring compliance with platform and security standards. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on CSM, FSM, or Sales CRM modules. You should also possess proven experience as an architect on large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of CSM Data Model, FSM Components, Customer/Partner Portals, domain separation, security models, and scoped applications. Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Custom portal and Portal, Angular JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be valuable assets. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM/FSM), and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred) are required. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to mentor developers, and a customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
